How long does setup take?
Our team typically arrives 3–4 hours before your event for full installation, styling, and lighting.
Do you travel?
Yes. We serve the continental U.S. and select international destinations. Travel is quoted per location.
Can you customize colors and themes?
Absolutely. Every activation is designed around your palette, story, and celebration.
How many guests can participate?
Our packages comfortably serve 15–75 guests. Larger celebrations quoted on request.
How much is the deposit?
A 40% retainer secures your date. The balance is due 14 days before the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
Retainers are non-refundable, but dates may be rescheduled once within 12 months, subject to availability.
Indoor or outdoor?
Both. We adapt installations to your venue and always plan a weather contingency for outdoor events.
